The Mikkeli Illustration Triennial

Grafia organises the Mikkeli Triennial in co-operation with the Mikkeli Museum. The purpose of the Mikkeli Illustration Triennial is to gather the best illustrators in Finland and thereby make illustration art better known to the public. This also offers both the general public and the professionals a chance to review the latest developments in illustration art. The works selected for the illustration triennial are chosen by a jury nominated specifically for each exhibition.

The Mikkeli Art Museum has been organising the Illustration Triennial together with Grafia since 1987. Published exhibition catalogues from the Illustration Triennials are on display in the Grafia office.
